homepage redesign

my homepage has looked basically the same for over two years now, so i figure it's time for a change. let me know what you think!

it was just a little april's trick >:)

if you missed it, my homepage was smooth for a day. all SVGs! no dithering! i made the new graphics by tracing a screenshot of the page in illustrator with my laptop's trackpad. despite my preference for crunchy raster images, i'm really pleased with how it turned out.

april fool part #2:

about an hour after updating my homepage, i got a comment on my neocities profile:

what! you're me?????

what i saw when i clicked on melon's homepage made me laugh harder than anything else i've seen on my computer in a long time. for today, melonking.net is melo.zone. :)
